Skin care for atopic dermatitis: a dermatologist's point of view (AMWC Aisa)

It is my honor to have a speech about skin care in atopic dermatitis in AMWC Asia (aesthetic medicine world congress-Asia) on 06/May/2018. Some physicians may have no time to attend the lecture because there are lots of sessions at the same time. So I would like to share the slides with physicians who have interest in taking care with atopic dermatitis. I hope the speech would be helpful in managing atopic dermatitis in daily practice.

Cosmetic treatment for patients with psoriasis (AMWC Aisa)

It is my honor to have a speech about cosmetic treatment for patients with psoriasis in AMWC Asia (aesthetic medicine world congress-Asia) on 05/May/2018. So I would like to share the slides with physicians who have interest in taking care with psoriasis. There are lots products claim their efficacy in treating psoriasis. Is it true? 乳液何時擦 保濕最有效？是洗澡/泡澡後嗎？

皮膚保養（Skin care）一直是異位性皮膚炎治療中最重要的一環，皮膚保養做的好，才能增加治療效果，也比較不易復發，洗澡/泡澡和塗抹乳液就是日常皮膚保養的課題。在門診爸媽常會問：醫師，我一天幫寶寶洗澡/泡澡很多次可以嗎？洗澡/泡澡完一定要擦乳液嗎？雖然這些問題聽起來不起眼，其實，這些小細節正是皮膚保養的重點！

皮膚科醫師只會看皮癢和紅疹嗎？不只喔 還有....

常常在門診時被患者問：醫師，除了皮膚外，你有在看指甲/掉髮嗎？你有在做美容醫學嗎？你有在動手術嗎？有時候常會哭笑不得，因為這些都是皮膚科醫師在養成過程中學習的一環，常常都會跟患者說：只要你看得到外觀上的部分，我們都有在看！因為常常被問，所以決定做個懶人包解決大家的疑惑。

拔毛癖-爸爸媽媽,我的壓力你們知道嗎？

前兩週，一名媽媽帶著11歲的小柔來看診，第一眼對小柔的印象，眼睛大大的，是個可愛的小妹妹，皮膚看起來都很好。正猜想著為什麼要來看診時，媽媽說：醫師，你有看落髮問題吧？！我女兒最近掉髮比較多，你能看看是什麼問題嗎？如果媽媽不說出來，其實頭髮看起來都正常，烏黑的秀髮及肩，等到我撥開頭髮，才發現原來有好幾處頭髮長短參差不期，我內心開始想著，要怎麼告知才比較好呢？這是典型拔毛癖的症狀阿！
