上一篇文章證實乳液的確對乾癬患者有幫助，同時也解釋了治療的機轉，但是化妝保養品那麼多種，有沒有一些成分是文獻中證實有效的，可以提供我們選擇的依據？另外，市場上含有這些成分的產品有哪些？本篇文章從實務面著手，讓病友們能夠簡單理解，之後就能配合自己的需求選擇，如此一來，以原有的藥物為主，乳液為輔，定能達到理想的治療目標。

市面上有很多宣稱對乾癬有效的化妝保養品，到底這些產品的效果為何？是真的嗎？還是誇大其詞？如果真的有效，機轉為何？更進一步，我們要如何選擇產品？哪些成分是文獻上證實有效的？剛好筆者今年在皮膚科年會演講相關主題，雖然對象是醫師，但內容對於病友更是重要，於是將演講內容整理後分成兩篇文章：第一篇著重在化妝保養品的效果為何和治療機轉，第二篇則會根據文獻找出有效成分，同時搜尋市場上具有有效成分的產品推薦給大家。

Skin care for atopic dermatitis: a dermatologist's point of view (AMWC Aisa)

It is my honor to have a speech about skin care in atopic dermatitis in AMWC Asia (aesthetic medicine world congress-Asia) on 06/May/2018. Some physicians may have no time to attend the lecture because there are lots of sessions at the same time. So I would like to share the slides with physicians who have interest in taking care with atopic dermatitis. I hope the speech would be helpful in managing atopic dermatitis in daily practice.

Cosmetic treatment for patients with psoriasis (AMWC Aisa)

It is my honor to have a speech about cosmetic treatment for patients with psoriasis in AMWC Asia (aesthetic medicine world congress-Asia) on 05/May/2018. Some physicians may have no time to attend the lecture because there are lots of sessions at the same time. So I would like to share the slides with physicians who have interest in taking care with psoriasis. There are lots products claim their efficacy in treating psoriasis. Is it true?
